This repair is to replace the glass front, touch screen and inner LCD display screen. The touch screen digitizer and LCD are in one unit for this ipod and can be replaced If the external screen has been cracked, scratched or no longer responds to touch or the internal screen is white, has ink stains, black lines or cracked.

The repair service includes replacement part , fitting and return postage to you

We’ll test the unit upon receipt and perform the replacement, sending your ipod back to you by special delivery (with £500 insurance for loss or damage in transit) If we find any further faults upon receipt we’ll contact you to establish whether you wish us to repair your unit or whether you want us to return the unit to you.

Warranty: This part has a 1 year warranty. Should it fail within the warranty period please contact us. Abuse or damage (such as but not limited to: accidental / water / heat) are not covered under this warranty and will not be honoured!

When sending the iPod in for service I recommend you use a shipping service with tracking or delivery confirmation. Make sure your name is on the return address or listed somewhere on the package for the fastest service possible! Please adequately pack your iPod in sturdy packaging such as a box rather than an envelope! Be sure to put the iPod’s hold switch in the hold position. This prevents your iPod from turning on and being damaged in shipping!

Do not send anything aside from your iPod in for service (ex. cases, original iPod boxes, additional unnecessary accessories)

PartsforiPhone is not liable for any damage incurred during the shipment from your location to PartsforiPhone’s facility! Also you must order something from the store in order to send your iPhone into PartsforiPhone. We cannot have non-documented iPhone being delivered due to the hassle of having to sort out the owner and the owners form of payment. If an iPhone is delivered without an online store order, it will be held until the owner can be reached (for up to 90 days.) If no contact is made, the iPhone will be considered abandoned and PartsforiPhone will take ownership.
